Happy 100th Birthday to Sara Vitanza!
Rosaria (Sara) Scorola was born March 27, 1907 in Cold Spring. She met Alfred Vitanza and they married in 1924. Together they lived in Italy and moved back to the United States in 1930 and resided in Cold Spring. Together they had 4 children; Thomas, Joseph, Frank and Josephine.
Her kids later blessed her with 12 grandchildren, 21 greatgrandchildren, and 4 great- great-grandchildren. Sara and Alfred celebrated over 50 years of marriage together. Sara is currently living in Florida near her daughter Josephine.
Congratulations and a very Happy Birthday to a wonderful woman and Grandmother!
