Chamber of Commerce to Host Membership Meeting and Breakfast at Boscobel
The Cold Spring Area Chamber of Commerce will host its next membership meeting and breakfast on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Boscobel's Carriage House, Route 9D, Garrison. Networking and coffee starts at 8am.
The guest speaker for this meeting will be Geoffrey Platt, Boscobel's Executive Director, talking about upcoming events and activities at Boscobel throughout the spring and summer season, and the history and significance of the property. Following breakfast, Platt will give chamber members and guests a special guided tour of the grounds and mansion.
The Cold Spring Area Chamber of Commerce was incorporated nearly 100 years ago and represents small business owners, non-profit organizations, and professionals in many fields throughout the Town of Philipstown in Putnam County, New York.
The Chamber membership is always eager to welcome newcomers to our business and networking organization. You can join as a business, a non-profit, or a civic member, or you can volunteer to work on one of our committees or special events. Whether you join, help out, or just come to visit the community, we are confident that you will find the Cold Spring/Garrison area enjoyable and unique, and that your time here will be rewarding and memorable.
