Family Frog Walk at Putnam Valley Elementary
Put on your muck-boots and get ready to go searching for frogs, toads, and salamanders. This free fun, family-oriented nature program, featuring Taro Ietaka will be held on Sunday, April 15. Youngsters of all ages will have a chance to learn about the fascinating lives of amphibians and to get an up-close look at them in their natural habitats.
This program is sponsored by the Putnam Valley Commission for the Conservation of the Environment. Participants should meet at the Putnam Valley Elementary School. The walk will begin at 1pm.
