Cub Scouts Hold Pinewood Derby Car Races

On March 25 the Garrison and Cold Spring Cub Scout Pack's joined together to have fun in racing their Pinewood Derby cars. The boys create the cars out of a kit provided to them which consists of a block of wood, four wheels and four axels. This project takes a lot of creativity and ingenuity for the boys to complete, with a little help from Mom & Dad. After five rounds of racing down a huge wooden track at the Garrison School Gym there were nothing but winners! What a great day.
