Received Highest Standard of Medical Help from Criticized Vet
To the Editor:
I must respond to Kathy Faust's Letter To The Editor in the April 11 PCNR. Although she did not name the vet she criticizes, he is easily identifiable due to her reference to "Modern Medicine with Old Fashioned Love."
I can only think Ms Faust got a wrong number. In the 6 years that we have relied on this animal hospital, through 2 pet deaths, 2 new puppies and countless emergencies, we have never witnessed anything less than the highest standard of medical help with the kindness and caring for which they are known.
I sympathize with Ms Faust's situation, having experienced similar crises. However, I have found the staff members in question to be so kind, considerate and professional that Ms Faust's experience must have been an isolated case of too many things happening at once or some miscommunication.
I recommend this vet to everyone I know without any reservations.
