Director of NYS Office for the Aging to Speak at Senior Forum in Cortlandt Manor

Governor Spitzer's newly appointed Director of the State Office for the Aging, Michael Burgess, will discuss long-term care and the state's EPIC drug plan when he appears at a senior forum held by Assemblywoman Sandy Galef on Thursday, May 10, 9 to noon at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor.

Burgess is one of three panel members who will address those in attendance. The other panel members include Betty Duggan, a Director of the Medical Rights Center, and Roberto Nascimento of Consumer Equity Mortgages in Elmsford.

Assemblywoman Galef said the public is invited to the forum that will begin with a buffet breakfast provided by the Hudson Valley Hospital Center. No reservations required. To learn more, contact Galef's office at 914-941-1111.
