Philipstown Soccer Teams Even Up Season Records

The Philipstown Dragons evened up there season this Sunday in dramatic fashion. Down 2- 0 at the half the Dragons were in for a fight to get back into it. Dylan Culp and Alex Shaefer lit up the second half combining for 3 goals while Graham Rice and Peter Spratt shut down Chappaqua scoring and held them scoreless in the second half.

The Lady Knights hosted Chappaqua and were in control from the first whistle. The visiting team had no answer for Savannah O'Malley who scored 3 goals. Coach Risher gave Savannah a break in the second half giving way to sister Grace O'Malleys first goal and Mid fielder Juliana Durr sealed it with one final goal. In 3 games only one goal has been scored on the Lady Knights defense led by Keeper Alex Milner. The Knights will be tested Sat hosting the 1st place Mamaroneck Fusion.
