Franciscan Friars of the Atonement to Host Sacred Meal
On Sunday, May 20, 2007, a sacred meal inspired by biblical text will be served at Graymoor with special guest, Anthony F. Chiffolo, co-author of Cooking with the Bible. Tickets are $50 per person and proceeds will benefit the Graymoor Spiritual Life Center.
On the menu for the fourcourse meal is roast quail with thyme infused honey and lentils, seared sea bass with fennel and dill, beet salad with goat cheese and pine nuts, roast leg of lamb with fresh mint and barley.
The evening will also include period music and prayer jointly led by Fr. James Gardiner, Director, Graymoor Spiritual Life Center and Rev. Constantine Sitaris of Saint Basil Academy.
