Revisit Hillary Clinton's News Trail
Dear Editor:
Who is Hillary Clinton? Consider the following welldocumented exerpts from her "news trail":
As First Lady-to-be of Arkansas she participated in the Whitewater/Castle Grande scam and cover-up. Investigation was swallowed up in Clinton impeachment proceedings, and never finalized.
As US First Lady, she directed a cover-up of events surrounding the shooing death of legal counsel/confidant Vincent Foster. No one knows how he died.
She arranged the firing, on trumped-up charges, of the White House Travel. Office staff, putting in Clinton people. A jury trial proved that Billy Dale, the maligned Office head, ran an exemplary operation. She surrepticiously garnered 900 FBI background files on presumed political enemies. The lawsuit against her failed when she refused, as First Lady, to testify.
She sold $50,000 plane seats on Commerce Dept. trade missions in exchange for campaign contributions; in the process China obtained secret satellite technology.
She was rebuked and fined for the illegal composition of her ill-fated HealthCare Task Force, and lying about it.
She was involved in the exchange of $1,000,000 in Party donations for the presidential pardon of Marc Rich.
The Federal Election Commission found her finance director guilty of misrepresenting income from her 2000 Hollywood Fund-raiser. She was designated one of Judicial Watch's "Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians" for 2006.
One hopes Hillary supporters among us will be challenged to revisit her news trail for themselves. They will find a "How to" on law evasion: shredded files, "misplaced" documents, ignored subpoenas, "lost memory" during testimony and cowing of law-enforcement officers. They will find a character of few scruples, a lust for power and utter contempt for the 1aw.
