Cathryn Has Set High Standards for Her Business
To the Editor:
The vicious attack on Cathryn Fadde and her restaurant in last week's paper was disgusting.
Over the years we have had family parties, birthdays, postfuneral gatherings and quiet lunches and dinners at Cathryn's Tuscan Grill. Never have we had anything but excellent food (served hot) and served by a professional wait staff. Cathryn has set high standards for her restaurant and maintained them over the years she's been in business.
In addition to the work of running a busy restaurant, Cathryn has been deeply involved with the Chamber of Commerce, lately as President, and has done an outstanding job.
