53 Inducted Into National Vocational Honor Society
Fifty-three students from the Tech Center at Yorktown were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society on Wednesday, May 23, at 6:00 p.m., at Putnam/Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES).
In its eleventh year, the Honor Society at Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES rewards excellence in workforce education and builds partnerships in local communities. "Think about what you can do to be a ripple of hope you can send out to make the world a better place," District Superintendent Dr. James Langlois told the inductees.
New inductees include Stephen Paulson of Putnam Valley for auto mechanics.
