Hudson Valley Hospital Center's New Physician Directory Available
The 2007 Physician Directories, listing all of the physicians on staff at the hospital, has been mailed to households in the region, and is also available throughout the hospital facility. The directory is provided free of charge and also lists helpful information about accessing healthcare in the area. For a free copy of the directory, call the hospital's Physician Referral Line at 1-800-482- HVHC. A condensed version of a Health Care Proxy form is attached to the directory and can easily be torn off for insertion in any size wallet.
