Putnam Hospital Center Golf Tournament Set for June 25
Mark your calendars now for Monday, June 25, when the Northeastern Anesthesia Services Charity Golf Tournament to benefit Putnam Hospital Center is held at Ridgewood Country Club in Danbury, CT.
Last year's event raised $200,000 for PHC's building project that includes a five-story patient tower to house a new cancer center with radiation therapy, enhanced cardiac services, hospital/ community conference center, and private patient rooms; renovation of 20,000 square feet of existing space to centralize and enhance clinical programs; and the creation of an additional 300 parking spaces.
The golf tournament is set to begin with a continental breakfast and registration from 9:30 to 11am, followed by a shotgun start at 11:45am. A full barbecue lunch will be provided with assorted beverages and snacks available all afternoon. During the day, there will be a hole-in-one contest and competitions for longest drive and closet to the pin. Following golf, there will be an awards dinner reception, including silent and live auctions as well as raffles and door prizes.
