Putnam Community Service Network Seeking Nominations
Isn't there some one person or organization who has taken that extra step, given support when needed, made an impact on you or someone you know? The Putnam Community Service Network, an organization of public and private not-forprofit human service providers, would like to recognize them at its Annual Awards Breakfast on Friday, September 28 at 9am at Guideposts in Carmel.
They are currently seeking nominations for awards for individuals and organizations that have made a difference in the lives of others through their accomplishments in human services and/or community services in Putnam County.
The award categories include: service-individual, distinguished service-individual and organization, volunteer service, professional career recognition, excellence in communications, outstanding service, community service networking and special youth award.
The deadline for completed applications received is Friday, August 10, 2007. Award criteria and applications as well as additional information may be obtained by calling 845-279- 5711, Ext. 3007.
