With Respect to Four Parcels
To the Editor:
My name is Vincent Terio, am writing again with respect to the subject four parcels [39.- 2-12.1, 39.-2-12.2, 39.-2-12.3, & 39.-2-12.4.
Right now the Philipstown Building Inspector and, the Philipstown Assessor with respect to two parcels 39.-2-12.2 and 39.-2-12.4 in which are a part of said four parcel (the building inspector) has filed with the Philipstown Justice Court "criminal charges" against Vincent Terio, in which such criminal charges are "false" and not true, nor do I own said two parcels. And upon information and belief the building inspector is acting as an officer of the court known as SGT Ofcr: PCS.
There are no rational reasons why Mr. Terio, should be subject to such criminal charges or otherwise. No one nowhere may be above the law.
I cannot believe that a court, Philipstown officials and the Commissioner of Finance allows the misrepresentation and fraud of said four parcels to exist in the interest of justice.
