St. Philip's Nursery School Graduates "Ducks" and "Rabbits"

Families, children, and teachers celebrated together at the 46th commencement exercises of the St. Philip's Nursery School in Garrison. Our special guests were Gloria Colucci, Superintendent of the Garrison Union Free School District, and the Rev. Frank Geer of St. Philip's Church in the Highlands. Twenty-seven new kindergartners received their diplomas, and eleven threeyears olds also received certificates.

St. Philip's Nursery School opened in 1960 in the Parish House and serves the three- and four-year-olds from Philipstown, Putnam Valley, and Cortlandt Manor.
