New Dates and Times Set for Arthritis Exercise Program at Putnam Hospital Center
Putnam Hospital Center's Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Department has established new dates and times for its ongoing Arthritis Exercise Program. The program, developed by the Arthritis Foundation, will now be offered on Mondays from 1 to 2pm and on Fridays from 11am to 12pm in the Birthing Center Conference Room. The exercise program, designed specifically for people with arthritis, uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion and to help maintain muscle strength and increase overall stamina.
