Kenneth Sheeley
Kenneth Sheeley, age 80, of Cold Spring, died on Friday June 22, 2007 at the Cortlandt Health Care Center in Cortlandt Manor, NY.
Born in Beacon, on December 3, 1927, he was the son of the late Simon and Anna (Stanton) Sheeley. Mr. Sheeley was a retired Metal Finisher at S & S Metal Finishing in Newburgh, which he owned and operated, and an army veteran of WW II.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley (Monroe) Sheeley of the home address. Two daughters Colleen Donnelly of Nelsonville, and Laura Bechelli of Montgomery, NY. Three grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.
A private cremation was held at Ferncliff Crematory in Hartsdale, NY. Memorial donations in Mr. Sheeley's memory may be made to the Children's Literacy Initiative 2314 Market St. Philadelphia, PA 19103 or the Children's Cancer Foundation 1052 Flagtree Lane Baltimore, MD 21208. Arrangements were under the direction of the Clinton Funeral Home Cold Spring.
