Three Local Residents Named to State University of New York at New Paltz Dean's List
The following local residents were named to the dean's list at the State University of New York at New Paltz for the spring 2007 semester:
-Arthur Cecchini, a resident of Garrison; Cecchini is a sophomore majoring in preengineering.
-Jessica Ritacco, a resident of Garrison; Ritacco is a senior majoring in theater arts: performance.
-Stefanie Whiston, a resident of Cold Spring; Whiston is a freshman who has not declared her major.
Dean's list designation is preserved for students who excel academically and earn at least a 3.3 grade point average in a semester with a full-time course load.
The State University of New York at New Paltz is a highly selective college of 8,000 undergraduate and graduate students located in the Mid- Hudson Valley between New York City and Albany.
