Seth Nadel Exhibit Opens at the Bannerman Island Gallery

The Bannerman Island Gallery welcomes back Seth Nadel of Highland, New York, for his new art show, Landscapes of the Valley. Seth is well known throughout the Hudson Valley for his cityscapes and landscapes of the Hudson River Valley. He was recently commissioned to paint murals for the Dutchess County Courthouse as well as Poughkeepsie's "Walkway Over the Hudson".

Mr. Nadel moved to the Hudson Valley so he could concentrate on painting figures and landscapes. His work depicts both the urban and rural landscape of the Hudson Valley and the beautiful Catskill region. He has exhibited in many group and solo exhibitions across the country and has received numerous awards. In addition to having prints and original artwork for sale, he is available for commissioned works.

The new show at The Bannerman Island Gallery will feature scenes around Beacon and the Hudson River. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the paintings will be donated to The Bannerman Castle Trust, Inc. for preservation efforts of Bannerman Island-Hudson Highlands State Park.

The show opens July 14 on Beacon's Second Saturday. An opening reception will be held from 4 to 6pm at The Bannerman Island Gallery at 150 Main Street in Beacon. The Bannerman Island Gallery is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon to 5pm and until 9pm.Seth Nadel Exhibit Opens at the Bannerman Island Gallery
