Justin Eldridge Receives M.D. from Thomas Jefferson University
Justin Paul Eldridge of Cold Spring, was one of 217 graduates who received a Doctor of Medicine degree on June 1, 2007, at the 183rd commencement of Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Eldridge is the son of Paul and Priscilla Eldridge of Cold Spring. Dr. Eldridge is the husband of Kathleen Fanjoy Eldridge, M.D., who also graduated this year from JMC. Following graduation, Dr. Eldridge will complete a combined residency in medicine and pediatrics at Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University in Providence, R.I.
Dr. Eldridge graduated in 2002 from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Founded in 1824, Jefferson Medical College is one of the largest private medical schools with among the largest living alumni group in the nation. It offers both traditional medical education and innovative joint degree programs to its enrollment of over 900 students each year and has awarded more than 27,000 medical degrees. Approximately one fourth of all medical school applicants throughout the country apply to Jefferson.
