Hudson River Maritime Museum Announces Lighthouse Trips
Take a boat ride on the Estuary Steward and stop for a tour of the historic Rondout II Lighthouse. Share in the magic of this beacon of light that is still an active navigational aide and serves as a monument to the rich maritime history of the Hudson River and Rondout Creek. Learn what it might have been like to live in a lighthouse during the 1800s and how it changed over time.
Tours depart from the Hudson River Maritime Museum, 50 Rondout Landing, Kingston on Saturday, August 25, Saturday, September 1, and Saturday, October 20. All tours are from 2-3 pm, and cost $10 per person
