Tara Spooner Wed to Robert Naughter
On July 20, 2007, Our Lady of Loretto Church in Cold Spring was the site of the wedding celebration of Tara Jean Spooner of Cold Spring and Robert Naughter of Albany, New York. Father Brian McSweeny officiated the ceremony.
Tracy Spooner, the bride's sister, was maid of honor. Also in attendance were Kerry Murphy, Leigh Naughter, Dina DelVecchio, Megan Grant, and Maran Franke. The best man was Anthony Caccamo. Groomsmen were Ben Spooner, Christopher Cannucciari, Nicholas DeStefano, Thomas Ryan, and Christopher Mikolajewski. Altar servers were cousins of the bride, Ryan and Matthew Koval and the programette was Morgan Murphy. The groom's godmother, Kathy Leroux, as well as the bride's godmother and aunt, Joan Koval and Julie Murphy shared readings during the ceremony.
A reception followed at Villa Borghese in Wappingers Falls. The couple has returned from their honeymoon in Greece and are currently residing in Ventura, California. The new Mrs. Naughter is a former teacher with the Ravena- Coeymans-Selkirk School District, and her husband works for Patagonia in product development.
