Free "Mother/Daughter Eating Connection" Workshop at Club Fit
Join Doreen Corrado, LCSWR, on Monday, October 1, from at 7:30pm, as she explains the mother-daughter relationship as it influences eating, food choices, dieting, body-image and self-image. Is dieting seen as a rite of passage? Is attitude about food and eating inherited? Familiarize yourself with and change the behaviors and beliefs that can lead to inappropriate eating or eating disorders.
