Open Letter for Impeachment
Dear Editor:
I love this country and am devastated to watch our constitution destroyed in front of my eyes. I am terrified for every one of us is under surveillance. Habeus corpus and the Geneva Convention is obliterated while torture is justified. I am devastated that the leaders of my beloved country have chosen to expose our brave men and women to a war for oil which has led to the destruction of an entire country's ruin and unbelievable pain and human rights abuses. I do think this tragedy in Iraq , based entirely on lies, has been fought in vain as Americans were manipulated into patriotic lies.
We are a country despised in the world, we are ruled by two men who have a complete disregard for human life and the laws of our country. They lie and terrorize our citizens into blind submission. They abuse patriotism to manipulate and drown out dissent, distort information.
Tragically, the mainstream media has been complicit and silent as Americans are fed lies to justify the administration's insanity. Now they want to murder again, "Kill Iranians." Folks, wake up for there are two elephants in our living rooms who are war criminals. We must speak out, call for immediate impeachment investigation. Congress must hold Bush and Cheney responsible or they too are complicit.
The continuous use of wars for political gain and the paranoia of military dominance must be curtailed. We cannot be silent. Stop the destruction before it's too late. Raise your voices for immediate impeachment investigation.
