An Observation
To the Editor:
On Sunday, September 2, 2007 at approximately 7am while enjoying the beauty of Cold Spring's riverfront, I observed the following: a woman wearing a baseball cap and walking a small white dog (bulldog type) dropped the leash and entered the landscaped area of the newly constructed townhouses. After ripping and tearing her way through some of the plantings, she emerged with a handful of large white flowers. Picking up the leash she and her dog proceeded north with her newly acquired flowers and disappeared in the driveway between the old Impellittiere apartment building and the condo complex.
