Margaret M. Sasko
Margaret M. Sasko, of Cold Spring, died on Wednesday August 29, 2007 at the Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Cortlandt Manor. Born in Hawk Run, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Durta) Smolko. She was the widow of the late Walter Sasko.
Mrs. Sasko was a retired Accounts Executive with Willis Coroon Insurance Group in New York, NY. A parishioner of Our Lady of Loretto Church in Cold Spring and a ten-year area resident coming from Brooklyn, NY.
Survivors include two daughters Karen Viilu of Ossining, NY and Judith Sasko of Cold Spring, NY. Two sisters Martha Tocimak and Matilda Zackey both of Philipsburg, PA also survive her. A mass of Christian burial took place at St. Peter and Paul RC Church on Tuesday September 4, 2007. Interment followed in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery. Local arrangements were under the direction of The Clinton Funeral Home Cor. of Parrott & Pine streets (21 Parrott Street) Cold Spring.
