Sleep Disorders Seminar at Putnam Hospital Center
"The Difference Between Night and Day" and how it affects your health will be explored in a free seminar at Putnam Hospital Center on Tuesday, October 16. It will be held from 6 to 7pm in the café classrooms at the hospital, located at 670 Stoneleigh Avenue in Carmel.
The quality of your day depends on the quality of your night. Sleep disorders include a wide range of problems- from sleep apnea to insomnia to narcolepsy- and affect millions of Americans. Edward Sabino, Director of Sleep Diagnostics for ENT and Allergy Associates, and John Dunne, Director of Marketing for Night and Day Sleep Services, will discuss how sleep disorders can affect your health and work- and what you can do about it.
