Nat Prentice: Running a Straightforward Campaign
Dear Editor:

With the campaigns for Town Council heating up, it can be challenge to decipher where candidates stand on each of the important issues facing Philipstown. This is not so with Nat Prentice, an independent candidate running on the Community Vision ticket.

Nat is running one of the most visible campaigns in recent memory by keeping an up-todate website (or blog for you techies out there!) located at www.natprentice.com. There you will find links to web entries that detail where Nat stands on all of the local issues. Still have questions? Nat offers you unprecedented access with numerous ways to contact him personally.

After visiting his site I learned that Nat has been attending Town Board meetings since he moved back to this area in 1999, is actively involved with many of our community's wonderful organizations, and was one of the co-authors of Philipstown's Comprehensive Plan. Additionally, Nat's extensive professional experience in finance will help us streamline the town's expenses.

Lastly, Nat Prentice is the only candidate who is running a truly eco-friendly campaign. Not only has Nat adopted a busy stretch of 9D to keep clean, he has pledged to conduct his campaign without littering the county with election signs.

If you seek a candidate who is passionate about helping Philipstown grow at a smart pace and in the right direction, this November join me in voting for Nat Prentice.
