Tamagna Needs Glasses
To the Editor:

Tamagna's "first vision" appearing in PCNR advertisement last week certainly lacked any vision. It also lacked any facts as well. The fact is the Philipstown Town Board sent 5 official letters to the Butterfield Library asking them just to meet with them to discuss or at least supply them with an itemized list of the Libraryrequested $151,000 a year increase, since a number of residents asked for such.

Many Philipstown residents spoke out at town meetings and wrote letters in an attempt to help resolve the issue. Current Philipstown Legislator Tamagna surprisingly had no public opinion nor took part in an effort to try and resolve this issue in the past.

I believe the Town Board and Library will resolve this issue since the Town Board has shown many good faith efforts in the past to resolve the issue fairly. Informed decisions based upon ALL the facts is the only right way to make a decision.
