Hudson Valley Hospital Center 2nd Annual "Wall of Heroes" Unveiled

John Federspiel, Hospital President, led a dedication earlier this month at the 2nd annual "Wall of Heroes" presentation in the main corridor of Hudson Valley Hospital Center. This presentation gives recognition to HVHC's 12 employees of the month for this past year. Honorees and their fellow staff members gathered in the morning to unveil the 2007- 2008 sepia portraits of the "Heroes."
The photographs capture the "Heroes" in their work environment, to give staff and community a true feel for the employees in their element.
This honor is distinct because employees are nominated by their peers. Fellow staff feels that these individuals have gone above and beyond to fulfill their duties and give back to the Hospital community.
In regarding to selecting the "Heroes," President John Federspiel stated, "We are fortunate to have such a dedicated staff. It is very difficult for the Reward and Recognition Team to choose just one each month. Our heroes are all our employees and this is just one opportunity to honor them."
The portraits, taken by photographer Jeff Cadge, will remain on display in the main corridor for the next calendar year.
