Cold Spring Man Arrested on Probation Warrant
The Village of Cold Spring Police Department reports the arrest of Daniel M. Cronk, age 19, of Cold Spring, on a Probation Warrant from Putnam County Probation Department resulting from charges in the Village of Cold Spring. Cold Spring Police Officer George Kane observed Daniel Cronk riding in a car operated by another individual on Market Street in the Village, Cronk was taken in to custody by PO Kane and a subsequent search of the subject found him in possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
Daniel Cronk was processed at CSPD HQ and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village Justice Court on October 10, 2007 for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation. Cronk was then turned over to the Putnam County Probation Department on the warrant.
