Billy Joel Visits Cold Spring
Billy Joel, arrived by yacht and tied up at the Cold Spring Boat Club for his two-hour visit. He was given a tour of the town by Joe Savastano and commented that Cold Spring reminded him of Greenport, N.Y. He said his wife would love this town and would like to come back when the leaves change. After enjoying lunch at the Cold Spring Depot, he signed autographs and agreed to a photo.
