Tamagna is a Photo Op Politician
Dear Editor:
It is quite ironic that the name of the cover organization that Vinny Tagmagna has associated himself with is called Philipstown First. The only thing that this photo op politician apparently puts first is himself.
Vinny's record is chock full of pandering to the interest in Carmel that could care less about what happens in Philipstown. Why did Vinny vote against the expressed opinion of every fire department and ambulance corps in Philipstown when he cast his vote for the 911 PSAPS?
Why did Vinny vote in favor of the agricultural law after pledging, in writing, that he would not? When the Snake Hill Rd. bridge washed out, where was Vinny? He only stepped up to the plate when the complaints became too numerous to ignore. Can any one say Fishkill Rd.? Where did that grant money go?
These examples will do for now. However, if there is a picture being taken for the newspaper, Vinny will be right there up front. With his dismal record as a County Legislator, the only vote he deserves is the one for retirement.
