Programs on Knitting and Beading at East Fishkill Library
Please join in at the East Fishkill Community Library on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30pm for free knitting classes. Local fiber artist, Theresa Kirby, will be on hand to give instruction or help interpret patterns. Ms. Kirby will offer these free sessions each Wednesday throughout the school year. The Library has a supply of donated yarns and needles for beginners, or you may bring your own project. Children ages 8 and up are welcome at these free sessions, but registration is required for each week. The class is limited to 12 participants.
Each month there is also a get together of the EFCL Beaders. This month the group will be working on their own individual projects. Bring your bead project and supplies and work along like minded bead enthusiasts. Participants should be willing to share their beading expertise. This month's session will take place on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 from 7- 9pm.
