Victim of Illegal Parcels
To the Editor:
My name is Vincent Terio, a senior citizen and residence
of Philipstown over 45 years. And a victim of four illegal parcels in which the Chair Board of Assessors' Philipstown is using Mr. Terio's real property identification number for the purposes to list four parcels on the Philipstown Assessment Tax Roll, in which are frivolous and illegal because Mr. Terio neither conveyed nor deeded with an RP-5217 report to anybody, with the registrar of deed in Putnam County Clerk's Office.
I have an affirmation from an attorney of law, affirmatiion in that Mr. Terio cannot be liable for any taxes due and owning on said four parcels.
Denial of the equal protection clause. Mr. Terio, has filed a complaint with the Philipstown Town Supervisor; the Commissioner of Real Property Taxation, Putnam County (PC); Executive, "PC"; the Attorney General, Albany NY; the Governor, Albany NY; District Attorney, PC; Inspector General, PC; Sheriff's Department, PC; and Bureau of Criminal Investigation. And upon information and belief, and as of this time/date, as noted above they have acknowledged Mr. Terio's complaint for an investigation or otherwise.
The Commissioner of Real Property Taxation's Foreclosure in November/2007 on said four parcels is illegal because said four parcels were not deeded with an RP-5217, in which the Commissioner is without jurisdiction for real property taxation That also includes the Putnam County Supreme Court. And upon information and belief a crime is being committed with respect to said four parcels.
