Paramount Center for the Arts Announces 1st Annual "Taste of the Paramount"
Fall fundraising event Sunday, November 11
The Paramount Center for the Arts will hold its first annual A Taste of the Paramount Fall Fundraising Event on Sunday, November 11, 2007, from 12pm thru 3pm.
The event will feature a "taste" of various food and drinks from more various regional restaurants and businesses. Guests will also receive a "taste" of a variety of live performances that will be appearing at the Paramount during the 2007-08 season, including the Mighty Theatre Company (appearing Nov 9, March 7, and Apr 2), members of the Career Bridges Opera Company (appearing Jan 18), and the Peekskill High School Brass Band, (appearing March 9). The event is expected to draw between 250-300 people.
Participating in the event are: Ruben's Café, Peekskill; Susan's, Peekskill; Sunset House, Peekskill; Little Sorrento's, Cortlandt; Piazza Roma, Cortlandt; Henry"s on the Hudson, Peekskill; Umami Café, Croton on Hudson; Mexto go, Croton on Hudson; Memphis Mae's BBQ, Croton on Hudson; Capri II, Peekskill; Peekskill Brewery, Peekskill; Homestyles Bakery, Peekskill; Peekskill Coffee House; Treat Station, Peekskill
D. Bertoline and Sons will present a Belgium beer tasting, and Select Wines will offer wine tasting.
