Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic Sponsored by Health Department
The Putnam County Department of Health is sponsoring a free rabies vaccination clinic at the Brook Farm Veterinary Center located on Routes 22 and 164 in Patterson, New York on Saturday, November 10, 2007 from 12- 2pm. Bring your dogs, cats and ferrets! Please bring proof of Putnam County residency and proof of prior rabies vaccination, tags are not acceptable. All dogs must be leashed and cats and ferrets must be in a carrier. The Animal Information/ Release Form can be downloaded prior to the clinic by visiting our website at www.putnamcountyny.com. Completing this form in advance will expedite the vaccination process at the clinic. Forms will also be available at the clinic site.
