State Park Police Seeks Public's Help to Identify Deceased Woman Found in Hudson Highlands State Park

The New York State Park Police is actively seeking the public's assistance with identifying the remains of a deceased female discovered on Mt. Taurus in Hudson Highlands State Park on October 13, 2007.

The remains are that of a white female 50-60 years of age with sandy blonde/gray hair. She was approximately 5'5" tall and weighed approximately 130 pounds. She was found wearing Cavaricci blue jeans, a blue sweatshirt, black sweater, and black Reebok high top sneakers. Personal items found with the remains include a gold color watch with a leather band, pink/ red sunglasses, a small round compass slightly larger than a quarter, a small purple LED flashlight, brown hair clip, three keys and a small amount of U.S. currency. If anyone has information as to the identity of this person, they should call the New York State Park Police at (845) 889-4100.
