Additionally she was charged with Selling an imitation Controlled Substance to Another, a misdemeanor in violation of the New York State Public Health Law. Ms. Nolletti was arraigned before Patterson Town Justice John King and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash ball.

He too was arraigned before Justice King and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. Both are scheduled to appear back in court on November 14, 2007.
