Putnam Community Service Network Hosts Brand Building Workshop
Putnam Community Service Network (PCSN) in cooperation with the Putnam County Personnel Department and United Way - Pace University Not-For-Profit Management Center will present a workshop on Tuesday, December 4; 9:30am-12:30pm at the Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Services, Don Smith Campus, 112 Old Route 6, Carmel.
This workshop will focus on the benefits of creating a brand platform that charts a strategy for clear and intentional communications.
Topics to be discussed include: ·What is a brand platform, and how do you create one? ·Using your brand platform as a guide for developing your organization's messages through advertising, PR, and other communication outlets. ·What is "unintentional" branding? ·How to avoid the pitfalls of "unintentional" branding.
Executive Directors, department heads, program managers, marketing and communications officers and staff are encouraged to attend. Registration fee is $30 per person (deadline November 23), and the form is available at www.uwwp.org/pace.htm
