All Sport Fishkill Seeks Donations for Food Bank
All Sport Fishkill Health & Fitness Club is proud to be an associate sponsor of the 10th Annual Stuff the Bus, with STAR 93.3. There are tens of thousands of people dealing with hunger every day in the Hudson Valley. This is a great way to help the less fortunate in our community. All Sport Fishkill has school bus drop boxes on each floor of their health & fitness club. Donations needed are non-perishable food items, baby formula, and diapers. Please make out checks to The Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, and drop it in our cash box near the Front Desk. Donations will be accepted through November 17.
Star 93.3 and their sponsors are looking to make this year's Stuff the Bus event the best and most successful to date. With your help they can accomplish our goal. Last year the Hudson Valley was able to stuff a total of fifteen school buses! This event truly helps the less fortunate this holiday season. All food collected directly will go to the Food Bank Of the Hudson Valley, a not-for-profit organization and a member of America's Second Harvest, which distributes food to over 380 member agencies in six counties in the Hudson Valley.
From November 15 through November 17, Star 93.3's Mark Bolger will be broadcasting live from the Stop & Shop located on Route 9 in the Post Road Plaza in Poughkeepsie. The hours are from 5am-8pm Thursday and Friday, and 8am to 6pm on Saturday. During this time all donated items will be brought from All Sport Fishkill to the broadcast location in Poughkeepsie. In addition, 96.1 Kiss FM will host locations on Saturday, November 17 at the Stop & Shop on Burnett Blvd in Poughkeepsie and at the Stop & Shop on Route 299 in New Paltz.
