Mental Health Association in Dutchess County Announces Recruitment for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates)
Recruitment is now taking place for citizen-volunteers to serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates for children in foster care in Dutchess County. Volunteers must be 21 years of age and willing to serve as a volunteer for at least one year after completing the required training. Make a difference in the life of a child.
There are two training sessions scheduled; one in January/ February 2008 and the other session is scheduled for March/ April 2008. Classes will run from 5-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
