Garrison Arts Centers Holds Annual Holiday Workshop
Every year the Garrison Arts Center offers an alternative for small gift ideas and decorations. The unique beauty and sincere value of handmade objects is a tradition Garrison Art Center aims to uphold and keep vital for all ages. Everyone always has a lot of fun and makes a big mess. GAC invites all ages to come and be part of their tradition of art giving and making.
The workshop will take place on Saturday, December 8, 2007 from 10am until 3pm, and all ages are welcome. The cost for the full-day program is $45, with $25 for the half-day version. Discounts are available for families and groups.
There will be the usual candle-making marathon in the afternoon and the morning will have two or three other projects that they are in the process of creating. Most likely there will be a card-making project and something 3-D. They hope you will find the time in this busy season to sit down and let your imagination be part of your holiday.
