Haldane Chorus to Sing at Cold Spring Tree Lighting
 | | Decorations went up on Main Street last week in preparation of Santa's arrival on December 7 |
| This year's Cold Spring Christmas tree lighting at the bandstand will feature a performance by members of the Haldane High School Chorus.
The chorus, under the direction of Meredith Nocton, will sing a selection of traditional carols culminating in the lighting of the Christmas Tree and arrival of Santa, courtesy of the Cold Spring Fire Company. The group is excited to be a part of the village's festivities, according to Ms. Nocton.
The annual event begins at 6pm on Friday, December 7, at the bandstand on the Cold Spring Waterfront, and refreshments are being planned.
The Haldane High School Chorus will also be performing at the school's concert on December 13.
