A delegation of Japanese school principals and administrators met with administrators of Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES Wednesday on the Yorktown campus recently to share information about the operation of schools in both countries.
The meeting is the first of a series of programs being coordinated by Arthur Buchman, BOCES' Tech Center principal, with Japanese administrators in the New York metropolitan area. Susan Micolo, BOCES'
Director of Personnel and Administrative Services, was on hand to address topics and answer questions relating to employment and staff development.
