American Blackout is next in Fourth Unitarian Society Film and Discussion Series on Race Relations
The Fourth Unitarian Society of Westchester continues its film and discussion series on race and race relations entitled, We Need to Talk.
Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 7:30pm, the Society will be screening American Blackout. This film won a Special Jury Prize at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. The LA Times calls it "a muckraking indictment of the systematic disenfranchisement of African American voters".
These film nights will continue on the second Saturday of each month. Snacks will be provided. All are welcome. For more information, visit our website at www.fourthuu.org .
