Flying Swine Sets Auditions for Savage in Limbo

Flying Swine is seeking AEA and non-AEA actors for its November production of Savage in Limbo, by John Patrick Shanley. Auditions will be held by appointment on Saturday, October 11, 2008, 10am-6pm & Wednesday, October 15, 3- 9pm at Beacon Studios, 211 Fishkill Avenue, Studio 108- b, Beacon. Character breakdown: Murk: 32, a big, baby faced man with no sense of humor; April White: 32, a beat- up, tired, vulnerable woman with beautiful, damaged eyes; Denise Savage: 32, small, wild haired, strong, belligerent, determined, dissatisfied, and scared; Linda Rotunda: 32, a done-up, attractive, overripe Italian woman: Tony Aronica: 32, A streamlined Italian stud with a streak of self doubt and a yearning sweetness.

Also seeking: Stage Manager, Wardrobe Supervisor, Production Assistant. All positions paid. Rehearsals begin 10/28. Show runs 11/14-11/30 at "Chill," 137 Main Street in Beacon.
