Free Reiki Program for Women with Cancer
Support Connection, Inc. announces an upcoming free program for women living with cancer that will take place at Stonewater Sanctuary-Opal Moon, at 2037 Albany Post Road in Croton-on-Hudson.
The Reiki Circle, a new program, will be offered on Thursday, January 24, 2008 from 6:30- 8pm. This program is free to women with cancer but Pre- Registration is required.. For information or to register, call Support Connection at 914- 962-6402.
Join Paul Narad, Reiki Master, for an evening of healing and positive energy. Paul will teach participants about the benefits of Reiki, a painless, ancient, light-touch healing technique that enables the body and mind to accelerate its natural healing ability. Reiki helps reduce stress and tension and leaves participants calm, relaxed and centered. Paul will introduce participants to the principles of Reiki and offer a mini-treatment.
Support Connection, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization based in Yorktown Heights that provides free, confidential services and programs to women, their families and friends affected by breast and ovarian cancer. The support provided enables women to help each other and empowers them to become their own healthcare advocates.
