Celiac Support Group Meets Monthly
The monthly meeting of the Hudson Valley Celiac Support Group meets in Conference Room B at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie, on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8pm. This month's meeting will take place on January 15, 2008.
Meetings are informational for those who have Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance) or other wheat allergies, and include medical professionals as speakers, gluten free food samples, and sharing of tips and advice on eating gluten free. The January 15 meeting will feature Douglass from "Maxwell's Kitchen" cooking and providing GF tips and samples! If you have any questions, please contact Marion Levine at 845-416-7629.
